Jenave Kitchen and Bath,
LLC agree to perform the following design services:
- Initial consultation.
- Review of architectural
blue prints, if any.
- Site visit to measure
the existing conditions, gas/electric centerlines,
plumbing centerlines, windows and door openings.
- Consultations with
client pertaining to design requirements, preferences
and allowance of job.
- Preparation of 20-20
computer rendered drawings.
- Proposal of kitchen
based on allowance of job.
- Presentation of
the above.
- Revision of drawings,
if necessary.
Design Fees:
Design fee - $750.00
- $1,500.00 upon square footage of kitchen or bath.
All payments for design
services are non-refundable, although design fee will
be applied towards purchase of kitchen. Installation
services are done by quote only. Once all documents
are signed, your cabinet order will be placed and put
into production.

18 step process that combines time tested finishing
techniques with today’s technology to produce quality
finishes.

have been in the cabinetry industry for nearly fifty
years! Rich Maid manufactures cabinetry from
rough mill to final finish. Their doors and drawer
fronts are made in their own factories. Their component
parts such as drawers, cutlery dividers, and the like
are made from wood and produced ‘in house’. They
take the business of fine cabinetry very seriously.
They pledge to give you consistent quality, on
time delivery, and cabinetry built to your order and
plan - and expectations. The Rich Maid factory is located
in Myerstown, Pennsylvania, truly in the heart of “Pennsylvania
Dutch cabinetry country”.
We also carry an extensive
line of counter top material. Including Corian, quartz,
granite, marble and laminate.
Furthermore, Jenave also
uses the latest version of 20-20 Technologies, computer
aided software to assist in kitchen and bath design.
